People searching Star Heights homes for sale often can't place the neighborhood on a map, so here's the short version. It sits just northwest of where Southern Boulevard meets Unser Boulevard, on the 87124 side of Rio Rancho. Polaris Boulevard SE is the spine. Wexford, Argus Court and the short streets hanging off Polaris fill in the rest. In the MLS you'll see it written as Star Heights South or Star Heights 2, depending on which phase a house sits in, but locally it's all just Star Heights.Most people in town know the name because of the park. The city put Star Heights Park and the Star Heights Recreation Center at 800 Polaris Blvd. SE, right inside the neighborhood instead of out on an arterial. That's unusual and it matters.
