This information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed by SWMLS, Inc., the listing brokers, or the Company. The data is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying properties that consumers may be interested in purchasing.

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, redistribute, or retransmit any listing data or information provided on the Site
  • Use listing information for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial property search
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect listing data through automated means
  • Display listing data on any other website or platform without express written consent from us and the applicable MLS

5. Property Information Disclaimer

All property information, including but not limited to square footage, lot size, room count, pricing, taxes, and property features, is obtained from sources believed to be reliable. However, we make no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness of this information. Buyers should independently verify all property information before making any purchase decision.

Listing status (active, pending, under contract, sold) is updated regularly but may not reflect real-time changes. Properties displayed on the Site may no longer be available or may have changed in price or status.

Real estate services in New Mexico are regulated by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission (NMREC) under the New Mexico Real Estate License Law (NMSA 1978, §§ 61-29-1 to 61-29-28) and the associated rules and regulations (NMAC Title 16, Chapter 61). Licensed agents and brokers operating through this Site are subject to NMREC oversight and the New Mexico Real Estate License Law.
