Meseta Vista in Rio Rancho, NM

Meseta Vista is a residential subdivision on the east side of Loma Colorado, the master-planned area laid out south of Northern Boulevard in northeastern Rio Rancho. Its streets branch off Llano Vista Loop, and the subdivision was recorded in phases rather than all at once. Homes here fall under the Loma Colorado Community Association, a deed-restricted association that bills quarterly and maintains the common areas, trails and open space shared across the larger development. The Loma Colorado Main Library sits within that same development, off Loma Colorado Boulevard.

The community association is professionally managed by AAM, LLC, with assessments due each January, April, July and October. Loma Colorado set aside roughly 90 acres for parks, trails and open space, and its paths link the surrounding neighborhoods to nearby retail.
