Spanish Walk is small. Seventeen lots on one gated street off 4th Street NW at Osuna, and that's the entire community. Anyone shopping Spanish Walk homes for sale should get that scale straight first, because it changes how the place feels. No grid of streets, no amenity center, no second phase coming. One lane, a gate, and a row of new single-story houses dropped into a part of Albuquerque that mostly stopped building decades ago.New construction in an old part of townThat's the real pitch here, and it's a fair one. The North Valley is old ditch-and-farm country. Most of what trades in 87107 went up between the 1940s and the 1970s, on irregular lots, with additions and flat roofs and the occasional horse out back.
