High Resort Village in Rio Rancho, NM

High Resort Village is a single-family subdivision in southeastern Rio Rancho, strung along High Resort Boulevard between Pinnacle Drive and White Horse Drive. Lockerbie Drive forms the spine, with short cul-de-sacs branching from it. Homeowners belong to the High Resort Village Community Association, a nonprofit organized in the mid-2000s, and its dues go toward common areas and road maintenance rather than resort-style facilities. The subdivision sits inside the broader High Resort area and is one of the neighborhoods the city lists on its roster of homeowner associations. Entrances are open, with no gate and no age restriction.
