The Villas A Condominium in Albuquerque, NM

The Villas is a gated condominium community on Menaul Boulevard NE in Albuquerque, next to the Menaul School campus whose name its owners' association still carries. KB Home built it in the late 2000s and spread the units across small clustered buildings, so most read as townhomes even though the property is recorded as a single condominium. Residents share a pool, a clubhouse and a playground inside the gates, and dues cover the grounds, the building exteriors and water and trash service. Menaul Boulevard and the nearby freeway ramps put Downtown and Uptown within a short drive.
