Primrose Pointe in Albuquerque, NM

Primrose Pointe sits in northeast Albuquerque, north of Paseo del Norte and west of Tramway Boulevard, within the older North Albuquerque Acres grid and next door to Sandia Heights. The subdivision was platted in six units under one homeowners association, and its common land carries walking and equestrian trails. Water, wastewater and trash collection come from Sandia Heights Services rather than the city utility, and that company's uniformed officers patrol the streets seven days a week. There is no gate; the patrol, the open space and shared road maintenance are what the association's dues cover.
