Mirabella in Albuquerque, NM

Mirabella is a subdivision in southeast Albuquerque, in the 87123 postal area near the Manzano Mesa Multigenerational Center. It was built out from the late 1990s into the early 2000s, most of it by Artistic Homes, and the housing is almost entirely detached single-family with a small share of attached townhomes. The plans are production designs rather than custom work. A homeowners association managed by HOAMCO covers the common areas and road maintenance, funded by quarterly dues, and shared green space and walking paths run through the interior.
