Four Hills Mobile in Albuquerque, NM

Four Hills Mobile is a land-lease manufactured home community in southeast Albuquerque, laid out along Singing Arrow Avenue and Horseshoe Trail SE at the edge of the Four Hills area. It opened in 1972 and takes residents of all ages. Homes sit on leased sites with private patios, along paved streets with sidewalks and mail delivered to the door. Three heated pools, three community centers with kitchens, coffee lounges and a billiards room, tennis and basketball courts, four playground areas, horseshoe pits and a dog park fill the shared grounds. A small shopping center, car wash and daycare operate inside the gates of the property itself.

There is no homeowners association. Residents own their homes and lease the site under a monthly lot rent that covers trash pickup, water and sewer, with a management and sales office kept on the property.

The housing stock is manufactured throughout, a mix of single- and multisection homes, most with peaked roofs and lap siding. Streets are paved with sidewalks and off-street parking. Pets are allowed within breed and size limits.

School buses pick up inside the community, and the foothills trails on the Manzano side sit a short drive east.
