Vista Entrada in Rio Rancho, NM

Vista Entrada is a single-family subdivision in northeast Rio Rancho, platted within the older Rio Rancho Estates grid as Unit 20. It sits off Chayote Road NE between Idalia and Ilford roads, on rising ground west of the Enchanted Hills area, with open views toward the Sandia Mountains. Lots went to several builders rather than one, and Amreston Homes still puts up plans on the remaining ground, so new houses stand beside older ones on the same streets. There is no homeowners association. The paved Enchanted Hills Path runs close by, linking Mountain View Park and Vista Grande Park.

Homes By Kim Brooks builds here as well, one of several companies that picked up lots in the subdivision, which is why plan styles and rooflines shift from block to block.
